Racking the Brew

I used the bucket clip with the siphon.

It then becomes a no handed job.






I'm also trying out a new app to help me blog straight from my phone.

And I almost forgot to mention that it fermented out to 6.3% ABV!

Brewing Day 5 February 2011

Another brewing day took place last Saturday at the Willars house.

The head brewer and his chief assistant slaved away at the tower brewery to create Gales Festival Mild.

I have edited out the drinking for those of a squeamish disposition.

Whatever we did must have gone OK as the beer is definitely alive and kicking.
