Symposium
We were worried about the beer
A leak in the tap seal had caused a loss of up to a quarter of the barrel & it was very cloudy on test.
However the beer has settled & it's not too bad at all.
We will drink it with pleasure before we start on our emergency stock.

Sheffield Tap
If, like me, you find yourself at Sheffield train station, head for the Sheffield Tap on platform 1. Lovely place, very cosy and they had 10 real ales.
