Brewing our Triple Chocolate Stout has commenced. 

 

Christmas Beer

I'm taking the hit so you don't have to. It's time to take an early sample of the BAD Xmas beer. The good news is that there is no sign of the jam we were promised although the beer has some substance. It's not very lively but keeps a small ring of foam as I drink it. There's hints of dried fruit & liquorice swimming in brandy. There's a slightly sour smack & just a taste of nettles. It will go well with Xmas cake or pudding. It's definitely worth collecting your share.

 

Symposium

It's symposium time again. The beer is based on Thornbridge Kipling. 

 

Apple Day

Ready to go.

We've started. It's a recipe for Thornbridge Kipling. Will it be a triumph or a disaster? Either way we'll treat those two impostors just the same & drink it.

It's based on Oscar Blues Dales Pale Ale.

The yeast is pitched. Nature will take its course & we'll be back to drink it.
